On August 19, 2024, Mr. Doan Thanh Hung – Deputy Director of the An Giang Department of Health – signed Notice No. 91/TB-SYT announcing Hanh Ngoc 2 Multi-Specialty Clinic as a medical examination and treatment facility meeting the requirements for a practice guidance facility (first time).

This is in accordance with Decision No. 373/QD-UBND dated March 14, 2024, of the People's Committee of An Giang Province approving the internal procedures for handling administrative procedures under the authority of the An Giang Department of Health.

Considering the application file of Hanh Ngoc 2 Multi-Specialty Clinic in Announcement No. 53/PK-ĐKHN dated July 22, 2024 (file code: H01.15-240813-0015) and in accordance with the provisions of Clause 4, Article 6 of Government Decree No. 96/2023/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2023, detailing some articles of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, the Department of Health announces the following medical examination and treatment facility that meets the requirements to be a practice guidance facility in An Giang province:

Meeting the requirements for organizing practical training for the following target group:

Medical techniques: Rehabilitation techniques

List of instructors and number of trainees as per the facility's published records.

Practical training content is covered by a cooperation agreement with another training facility: Contract No. 38/HĐTH-PKĐKHN2, dated August 1, 2024. A Framework Agreement on Practical Training signed between Hanh Ngoc 2 Multi-Specialty Clinic and An Giang Province Regional General Hospital regarding professional training in examination and treatment of Resuscitation and Emergency Care.

Practical training costs:

No fees charged to trainees at Hanh Ngoc Multi-Specialty Clinic. Hanh Ngoc 2 Clinic.

Practitioners must pay a fee of VND 500,000 per person per month for practicing Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine (individuals must pay directly to Hanh Ngoc 2 Multi-Specialty Clinic).

Responsibilities of the training facility:

Organize training in accordance with the regulations in Article 7 of Government Decree 96/2023/ND-CP dated December 30, 2023, detailing some provisions of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment.

If there are any changes to the content compared to the published dossier, the facility must submit the dossier to the Department of Health for re-publication.

The facility is fully responsible before the law for the procedures and contents published according to regulations.
